Lucy O’Keeffe is a member of the Thoughtsmiths coaching team, accredited at ACC level with the ICF, and a facilitator on our coach training programmes.
Her superpower is her ability to connect easily with individuals and teams at all levels and her style of coaching offers warmth, energy, creativity and humour, creating a safe, structured space for learning and growth.
Lucy has been coaching clients since 2018. With 20 years of experience in the social impact space, her specific areas of expertise include leadership and organisational development, the non-profit sector, and international development research.
She brings a wealth of theoretical and practical experience from her background in the development sector, and an MSc in Wellbeing and Human Development. When she’s not coaching or growing other coaches and leaders, Lucy works as a facilitator and strategic consultant supporting clients to scale up the impact of their solutions, develop and implement knowledge co-creation processes, and generate collaborative solutions through meaningful multi-stakeholder engagement.
