Nicola is a medical doctor who, in her early years of practice, realised that the quality of work we are able to deliver is hugely dependent on the nature of the teams, the leadership approach and the organisational culture within which we work. She shifted from a focus on individual health, to being fascinated in the elements of healthy organisational systems.

Working within government, corporate and non-profit sectors, it became clear to her that whatever the field of work; adaptive, mature leadership combined with a culture that stimulates growth and ownership is at the heart of successful organisations. As an ICF-accredited coach, leadership maturity and OD practitioner, she supports organisations to thrive through individual, team and system-wide change processes. Her approach draws significantly on emerging brain science and how it can be applied to facilitate working with greater potency, meaning and connection. She has a wanderlust for the African continent and lives in Cape Town with her husband, two children and two badly behaved dogs.
